Most work-place drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of Cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp based constituents. Even though the products we promote contain less than .3% THC by dry weight (Federal Legal Limit), studies have shown that ingesting Full Spectrum CBD can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens.

Also watch How to make Medicinal Cannabis Oil with Grain Alcohol by Induction: https://youtu.be/yNSN_I7gSwY This was a experiment: this extract was not made to smoke. It was made to ingest against insomnia. It was also used for analytic testing. The max temperature of the extract reached 80°C. This video shows you how you can make a safe cannabis oil extract. Cannabis oil is used to treat various medical conditions. The use of marijuana to treat some medical conditions is legal under state laws in many of the United States, Canada and also in many European countries. Please research the laws or consult your doctor about the legality of making cannabis oil to treat your medical condition. Cannabis that has been properly dried and cured does not need to be heated as much to reach it's full potency potential. Decarboxylation occurs gradually during the curing / drying process. If the cannabis has not been properly dried and cured, heating it to 220˚F (105˚C) for 30 minutes will convert most THC from its less potent acid form to its more potent neutral form. Some people on here are saying that we did the wrong thing and we didn’t activate the THC in the extract. It is true we didn’t optimally decarboxylate the THCa to THC, but saying that we didn’t activate it at all is incorrect. We were attempting to preserve other cannabinoids and terpenoids, which we believe have a stronger synergy when preserved in the extract. CBD already evaporates at 66°C, and most cannabis has very low levels of CBD. To solve that problem we added 98% pure CBD crystals to the extract and a CBD hemp extract which contained 66% CBD. In our upcoming videos we will be testing the extracts with flat plate chromatography. With our process we went to a max temperature of 79.5°C - 80°C, and we kept it on that temp for about 45 minutes. Between 21°C (70°F) and 31°C (87°F) - terpenoids start to evaporate. 39°C (102°F ) - terpenoids rapidly start to evaporate. At 50°C (122°F) THC-Acid decarboxylates. This starts activating the THC. At 66°C (150°F) Cannabidiol (CBD) melts and starts to evaporate. At 185°C (365°F) Cannibinol (CBN) boils. At 200°C (392°F) THC boils. Different compounds in marijuana have different actions in the human body. For example, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) seems to cause the “high” reported by consumers of marijuana, and also can help relieve pain and nausea, reduce inflammation, and can act as an antioxidant. It can also lead to feelings of anxiety and paranoia. Cannabidiol (CBD) can help treat seizures, can reduce anxiety and paranoia, and can counteract the “high” caused by THC. Different cultivars (strains or types) and even different crops of marijuana plants can have varying amounts of these and other active compounds. This means that marijuana can have different effects based on the strain used. The effects of marijuana also vary depending on how marijuana compounds enter the body. When taken by mouth, the THC is absorbed poorly and can take hours to be absorbed. Once it’s absorbed, it’s processed by the liver, which produces a second psychoactive compound (a substance that acts on the brain and changes mood or consciousness) that affects the brain differently than THC. "When marijuana is smoked or vaporized (inhaled), THC enters the bloodstream and goes to the brain quickly. The second psychoactive compound is produced in small amounts, and so has less effect. The effects of inhaled marijuana fade faster than marijuana taken by mouth. How can marijuana affect symptoms of cancer? A number of small studies of smoked marijuana found that it can be helpful in treating nausea and vomiting from cancer chemotherapy. A few studies have found that inhaled (smoked or vaporized) marijuana can be helpful treatment of neuropathic pain (pain caused by damaged nerves). Smoked marijuana has also helped improve food intake in HIV patients in studies. There are no studies in people of the effects of marijuana oil or hemp oil. Studies have long shown that people who took marijuana extracts in clinical trials tended to need less pain medicine. More recently, scientists reported that THC and other cannabinoids such as CBD slow growth and/or cause death in certain types of cancer cells growing in laboratory dishes. Some animal studies also suggest certain cannabinoids may slow growth and reduce spread of some forms of cancer. There have been some early clinical trials of cannabinoids in treating cancer in humans and more studies are planned. While the studies so far have shown that cannabinoids can be safe in treating cancer, they do not show that they help control or cure the disease. Relying on marijuana alone as treatment while avoiding or delaying conventional medical care for cancer may have serious health consequences." Where to Find CBD Gummies Near Me: A Local Guide

Hey friends! It’s been awhile. About 2 years (!) ago I took what I thought would be a brief hiatus from YouTube. The longer it went on, the harder it was to come back. I got busy with life and work and (if we're being totally honest) Netflix binges and naps. In 2 years, I've moved, changed jobs, moved again, gotten engaged. Long story short, I made a lot of excuses about how busy I was, but I still missed YouTube every single day. Before I became a full time YouTuber, it was fun. It was stress free. It wasn't what was paying my bills so there was no pressure. What I didn't realize was that quitting "full time" didn't have to mean leaving YouTube entirely. I've recently decided that instead of imposing rules for myself about how often I should be posting or how much social media I should be promoting, I would just come back slowly, with no pressure. I want YouTube to go back to being a hobby, not a job. I'm back because I've decided to do this in a way that is fun again - no rules, no strict uploading schedule, no pressure to do sponsored videos. I'm going to post what I want, when I want and if you'd like to join me for the next phase of simpleDIYs, subscribe! I have already filmed several videos that I'll be putting up in the next couple of months so stay tuned! A FEW WORDS ABOUT CBD - I am still new to CBD and while I have had positive results (mainly from topical treatments, not so much from edible products), I have also spent money on CBD products that have done absolutely nothing for me. With this and any other wellness trend, READ REVIEWS and DO YOUR RESEARCH! Some companies are just trying to cash in on the trend. Others are actually making good products. If you think the CBD trend is total BS, the recipe below works just fine without it! MATERIALS Baking soda - 8 oz. Corn starch - 4 oz. Citric Acid - 4 oz. Epsom salt - 4 oz. Coconut oil (or a substitute like castor oil, olive oil, almond oil, etc.) - 2.5 tablespoons Essential oil (for scent) - 2 teaspoons Water - 1 tablespoon CBD oil - 1-3 mL (the amount you use will depend on how strong you want the CBD dose to be. See tips & tricks section below for more info on this) Bath bomb molds (mine were aluminum) Food coloring - 5-10 drops for a lighter shade / 15-20 drops for more intense color (I used 10 drops) This recipe makes 5-10 bath bombs depending on the size of your molds. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix the wet ingredients. Warm the coconut oil in the microwave for a few seconds then mix with 1 tablespoon of water, 1-2 droppers of CBD oil, and food coloring. 2. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl then whisk together. 3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients SLOWLY. Whisk the entire time. When you are done stirring in the wet ingredients, the mixture should feel like damp sand. 4. Pack the molds firmly. Overfill each half slightly so that there isn't a gap between the 2 halves of the mold after you press them together. 5. Let the molds dry overnight. To remove, tap on the outside of the mold a few times. The bath bomb should slide right out. 6. Bath time! Enjoy. TIPS + TRICKS FIZZING TIME: To make the fizziness last longer, add more corn starch. The baking soda/citric acid combo creates the bubbles. The corn starch acts as the brakes - it slows the chemical reaction down. Add an additional 2-4 oz. of corn starch to the recipe above to make your bath bombs last longer. COLOR: The CBD oil will turn the bath bombs yellow. I still used the bath bombs (because CBD oil is expensive!) but they turned my bath water a puke green color SO if the color matters to you, use more food coloring to counteract this. I achieved a light blue/turqouise color with 1 mL of CBD oil to 10 drops of food coloring. CBD DOSE: Your CBD oil should indicate how many mg it contains. Divide the total mg by the # of bath bombs (e.g. If you use 500mg of CBD and make10 bath bombs, each one contains 50mg of CBD. Typical doses range from 25-100 mg) FILMING INFO: Filmed with...
