I can dip it in a sauce like hot sauce, ketchup, or perhaps a spoonful of hummus. I can also make a London broil and cut it into strips. Salmon is another option, and it is one of the most incredible foods out there. It has omega-3 fatty acids. I typically go to bed around 10:00 p.m., so I get a bit of a sweet tooth.
