RICE-ZEMPIC RECIPE (Dr. Mandell): Ingredients: 🟢 1 green tea bag 🍚 2 tablespoons of white rice 🌶️ A few dashes of ground cayenne pepper 🍋 Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon 🍯 A drizzle or two of raw honey 💧 10-12 ounces of boiling water Instructions: 1) Combine Ingredients: Place the green tea bag, 2 tablespoons of white rice, a few dashes of ground cayenne pepper, lime or lemon juice, and a drizzle or two of raw honey into a mug or heatproof cup. 🥄 2) Add Boiling Water: Pour 10-12 ounces of boiling water over the ingredients in the mug. 💦 3) Stir and Steep: Stir well to combine all ingredients.
