Here’s what I ate today: * Breakfast: I had an omelette with ham and a piece of bread. Simple, filling, and packed with protein to start the day. * Snack: I added some #psylliumhusk to my diet to boost my fibre intake. It’s something I’ve been lacking lately, and it really helped with digestion. * Dinner: My mum made a delicious #saladALaRusse with chicken and mayo (no oil, so it’s low calorie). It was creamy, satisfying, and a great way to get in some healthy fats. * Dessert: I enjoyed some stracciatella #protein yogurt with more psyllium husk to keep up my fibre intake for the day.
