Gurke grob würfeln, Oliven halbieren und Dill fein hacken. Butter zum Blumenkohlreis geben, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika würzen und ca. 3 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze weiterbraten. Den fertigen Blumenkohlreis in eine tiefe Schüssel geben. Thunfisch, Gurke, Oliven, das kleingeschnittene Essiggürkchen und den Joghurt hinzufügen.
