Weight Loss Paneer Tikka Recipe | Veg Recipes for Fat Loss | Indian Fastest Diet by Richa Kharb π₯ Paneer Tikka for Weight Loss on a traditional coal BBQ! Whether you're on a picnic or at home, this high-protein vegetarian recipe helps you lose weight while enjoying delicious food. π΄ Ingredients (For 4-5 Servings) For Marination: - Paneer (Cottage Cheese) β 1 kg (cut into big cubes, at room temperature) - Curd (Dahi, full-fat and homemade preferred) β 1/2 cup - Meat Masala β 1 tsp (optional for flavour, even in veg use) - Kitchen King Masala β 1 tsp - Red Chili Powder β 1/2 tsp - Haldi (Turmeric) β 1/4 tsp - Salt β to taste - Ginger-Garlic Paste β 1 tbsp - Ajwain (Carom seeds) β 1/2 tsp (Must for flavour & digestion) - Desi Ghee / Coconut Oil / Melted Butter β 1 tbsp (any one as healthy fat) For Tikka Veggies: - Onion β 2 medium (cut into cubes) - Tomato β 2 medium (de-seeded and cubed) - Capsicum (Green, Red, Yellow) β 2 each (cubed) - Lemon Juice β 1 tsp (optional before serving) πͺ Preparation Steps β Step 1: Prepare the Paneer - Use homemade or good-quality paneer (avoid adulterated/store-bought if possible). - Cut into big cubes (so that they stay on skewers properly). - Dry the paneer cubes completely using tissue paper β no water/moisture should be left. β Step 2: Make the Marination Paste In a large mixing bowl: - Add curd. - Add meat masala, kitchen king masala, red chili powder, haldi, ginger-garlic paste, ajwain, and salt. - Mix well. - Add 1 tbsp desi ghee or coconut oil (or melted butter).
