Sure, 1200 MAY be the right deficit for you … but it’s not a hard rule. The cals you need depends on your:
- weight
- height
- age
- activity level
- etc
If ur under eating, you’re likely not recovering well, ur workouts feel horrible, ur cranky, ur tired, and I promise it’s not going to get you the big ole’ juicy booty ur lookign for either.
Remember: TONED = building muscle, then losing fat to reveal said muscle.
If ur not eating enough … u will forever be in the “skinny-fat” loop of doom wondering why you’re “doing everything right” but still not looking the way you want to.
