But anyway, I've been hearing from a lot of people who are having problems losing weight on different exercise programs (not just Beachbody customers). Are you reading the nutritional guides? Are you following the advice being given in the materials that come in the package? Part of losing weight means being informed fam. So I thought I'd just give some tips that helped me while I was on Power 90. I'm not a fitness expert and don't claim to be one, but these are things which I did that helped me to lose 28lbs. I haven't changed my eating habits much since finishing Power 90 and have lost a total of 36lbs so far. I hope this helps you out.
