Here’s what I ate today to keep the scale moving: Breakfast:Started off with a burger in bread and two slices of cheese. Quick, filling, and packed with flavour — perfect fuel for the morning. Snacks:Had popcorn and a banana throughout the day. Light, tasty, and gave me both crunch and sweetness. Dinner:Went to Take in Odenplan. Had a mojito-style yuzu drink with strawberry — refreshing AF — and then a spicy minced meat ramen with tagliatelle vibes. It was fiery and hit all the right spots. Calories:231 calories over target. Not ideal, but not stressing — one high day won’t undo consistent progress. Macros: * Protein: Almost reached — great for recovery. * Fat: Nearly double (thanks, ramen) — we move. * Carbs: Almost hit. Balanced enough. * Fibre: Pretty close — proud of that!
