Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! In today's video, I will be sharing my full diet and workout with some natural body transformation tips. During the pandemic, I gained a lot of weight and I wanted to shred it. I followed a strict regimen for weight loss and followed the Indian diet, I will share that with you all.
