How Did Khloe Kardashian Lose 30 Pounds Of Weight? According to Khloe Kardashian’s former personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, she lost the 30 pounds by “killing it in the gym”. Khloe admitted if she completely cut out champagne, and ate better food, she would lose weight faster, but fast is not her priority. The key point for you is to get specific with your Why. Khloe also said she prefers to work out hard, so she can be a little less disciplined with food, and enjoy her lifestyle.
