Keep it simple, buy vegetables, grains, fruit etcetera. Make sure that you have breakfast everyday. There are many studies that show a correlation between being overweight and not eating breakfast. Don't worry, you will burn it throughout the day! Also make sure that you limit your calorie intake. This is absolutely crucial in losing bellyfat. You have to burn more than you take in. But don't overdo it! Reduce your calories by a third maximum. STEP TWO Move. Get of your ass! I know. You are very busy and just can't find the time. That's ridiculous.
