You see, Keto for women over 40 is mainly about improving our hormonal imbalance & healing our damaged cells so that, we can protect our bodies from age related illnesses, extensive weight gain and loss of energy/sleep. So first off, if you are just starting on the Keto journey (as a woman over 40) then experts suggest that instead of going hardcore from day 1 that is going cold turkey on all carbs and sugar, start slow.
