We have forgotten the true role of food, one where nutrition fuels us to pursue our purpose in life. Helps us become the best versions of ourselves. Instead, food has become the purpose itself. Change is needed. We need to balance our thinking of food as entertainment and think of it a little bit more like fuel. On a scale of 1-10 how often do you eat for pleasure, and how often you just get food for fuel. Ask yourself.
