Then add the broth, return the chicken to the pan, cover, and let it simmer for 25 minutes, stirring every 7–8 minutes. When the rice is fully cooked, remove the pan from the heat. Add the juice of 1 lime, the freshly chopped cilantro, and the frozen edamame. Stir one final time, then divide the mixture evenly into 5 meal prep containers.
