It's a must-try during any self-care period and is perfect for dinner. As for breakfast, I recommend 10 grams of white yam, a few remaining fruits, a boiled egg, and a cup of soy milk. For dinner, you can sauté a tomato until it's soft, add water, then put in some buckwheat noodles, fish balls, and fried egg for protein. Finally, toss in some leafy greens and season with oyster sauce, salt, sesame oil, and soy sauce. That’s our lunch for today.
