Weight: 96.95KG , Distance Walked 4.8KM in 60 mins time , calories goal 1680 and calories consumed 1339 and burned 318 calories by walking. I'm surprised with 1KG body weight difference compared to Day 1 which was 98KG. I'm assuming this 1KG difference in Day 2 might be water weight. I know it's very low I will try to eat more than 1500 calories from tomorrow.
