Our eating has shifted quite a bit in the last few weeks due to my pregnancy. However, I am not recommending this way of eating to any pregnant mother (aside from getting in all that good protein, fiber and minerals :). Eating this way, I don't struggle with headaches, nausea, or dizziness, and instead I actually feel more energy and my fatigue is gone! Baby is growing on schedule with healthy heartbeat and anatomy scan! Praise God!
