We go to this cafeteria sushi place cause no one cares what you do and you can bring your own stuff and no one bats an eye. I couldn’t do this everywhere!! 2️⃣ Choose somewhere you can have a starch source (rice, potatoes etc.) and then veggies and make oil free. This is why I typically choose Asian restaurants so I can get soup, veggies, rice. 3️⃣ Ask for what you need. Don’t be afraid to ask staff to cook without oil or say what you need modified. Especially if their life is easier with the mods not harder (like just leaving odd something.)
