#GLP1 #whatieatinaday #weightloss Today’s weight is 89.35kg, with a slight loss of -0.15kg since yesterday. Feeling good about the progress, even with some fluctuations! Here's what I ate today: * Breakfast: I had one of the best breakfasts ever – egg whites on toast to kickstart my day, packing in a solid 51 grams of protein. * Lunch: I finished the ragu I had in the fridge with some chips, since I didn’t have any pasta left. It was tasty and filled me up. * Snack: Had some grapes – light, refreshing, and a perfect afternoon snack. * Dinner: A hearty dinner of chips with samurai sauce and roasted chicken – an amazing 71 grams of protein for dinner! Macros: * Protein: I absolutely nailed it with 153 grams of protein, which is fantastic for muscle recovery! * Fat: Close to my fat target – just a little under, but that’s fine. * Carbs: Almost hit my carb target, but not quite there today. * Fibre: Almost reached my fibre target too – I’m doing well with digestion. * Calories: I had 55 calories to spare – so I’m feeling great about staying within my target.
