Cover and cook until slightly tender. 🌈For tofu crumble: 🌿1 tsp oil 🌿1 tbsp soy sauce/tamari 🌿300gm tofu 🌿Ground cumin 1 tsp 🌿Chilli flakes ☀Crumble tofu well in the pan and let it cook on low heat, keep stirring in between until it gets bit crispy 🌈Arrange all this on a bed of lettuce. I used 6-7 lettuce leaves and chopped them in big chunks 🌻Macro Split (Per Serving, 3 Servings Total): • Calories: ~460-500 kcal • Protein: ~25-30g • Carbs: ~55-60g • Fats: ~15-18g • Fiber: ~10-12g 🌿I’ve had burritos so many times, always assuming they were a traditional Mexican dish- no idea why! But when I finally made it to Mexico, I realized that’s not the case.
