So when you are doing fasted cardio you don't eat for a period of 16 hours. While all this is going on your body is looking for fat to use as fuel since you have no carbs in you at the moment. So areas that are hard to burn like your lower belly, your hips, butt will all be used as fuel for you to run off of. Sound great right. Right, now this brings me to my next point. DRINK A TONE OF WATER! If you are not drinking lots of water then you are doing this whole thing wrong. You must and I repeat must have lots of water so that you don't pass out. Also you have to remember that diet is and always will be king. If you burn 500 calories while doing fasted cardio and then you go and eat 600 calories of food that has no fiber or health benefits, well guess what. Your fat again. So always keep your diet in check.
