In this video I teach the tactic that will help you lose fat faster. My story below (2 min read): Age 12-13: Loser, addicted to porn, tiktok, videogames, binge ate every day. Was lucky enough to find a great friend that introduced me to the gym. I was hooked from that point. Age 14: Discovered the red pill: Fresh and fit, Andrew Tate, etc. I wanted girls and they promised me a methodology to get them. Did it work? Hell yes. I got my first official girlfriend. We shortly broke up because my ‘frame’ crumbled 2 weeks in. A couple months later I got my second girlfriend. This relationship would last around 9 months in total. We got super attached (we took each other’s virginity), but the relationship was extremely toxic. I learned afterwards that dating isn’t about getting as many girls as possible, it’s about getting the right girls. I learned about emotional intelligence and the importance of communication. Age 15-16: I found Hamza and began implementing the basic habits; meditation, gratitude journaling, exercise, etc. However, I could not for the life of me do them consistently. I struggled and struggled; I was in the self-improvement depression stage. With the overarching goal this whole time being to lose weight, that had been my focus. But I couldn’t seem to stop overeating. I eventually found the problem; horrible mental health. I worked even harder to get consistent in mediation, and once I got consistent in that, everything else followed after. Today (16): I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m in a happy long-term relationship. I’m getting leaner and leaner, and even started a youtube channel (obviously lol). I defeated every addiction I had; porn, video games, junk food, even social media, and now moving on to more high-level addiction I’d never thought I would face; sex addiction, discipline from adultery, and more. But I’m here for the challenge of the life ahead of me. I don’t sell anything currently, but it is my dream to make a living helping other young men just like me.
