Every single person has a calorie baseline that they must consume in order to maintain their bodyweight. So if you're eating under that maintenance level it will result in fat loss. 3.) Start strength training. A person that is losing weight by just walking and being in a calorie deficit compared to someone that's strength training on top of that will produce way better results.
