I know, I know... Christmass was last week but, in my defense, festivities carry on until January 6th here in Spain, so I am still in time. LOL 🤣🎄
This is a week in my life as an actress from Bilbao (Basque Country) who is trying to make it in the industry and is going on a weight-loss journey assisted by the weight-loss medication, Mounjaro.
This week I am bringing you a weight update, a full workout (actually 2), decorate for Christmass, new nails and other updates on my journey. I am still taking 5mg a week shot of the medication, which is pretty good because the progress is consistent. So there is no need to increase it yet.
I may have found a nutritionist that I want to work with, but I'll have to wait until January when our first interview is scheduled. After that I'll work on bringing you more videos of what my eating looks like.
