I posted pics of myself from may 2008, I was 160 lbs, the red pants and silver bikini top are the same I am wearing now, In 2008 i was busting out of those pants, now I have to hold them so they stay up--way baggy. As you can see ive lose alot of weight. Right now I'm 124. I just wanted to show my progress since last year, i did this all on my own, so you can do it yourself if you stick with diet, exercise, eating healthy combined.
