(the Kaizen is 4 minutes). Saute onions and brown beef or to save time, add and cook together in skillet over medium- medium high heat, and break the meat. Add in the tomato paste, garlic powder, and chili powder, give a good stir, adjust seasonings, and add in the beef broth.
