This public education video by leading Urologists teaches men how to accurately measure their own penis. The video is aimed at men who are concerned about the size of their penis, and clinicians who may be working with them. CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR PENIS??? Researchers at Kings College London and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit male volunteers from the age of 18 upwards who HAVE concerns about the size, shape or appearance of their penis, to take part in a randomised controlled trial. The study involves completing a number of online questionnaires about body image, sexual satisfaction and other health-related measures, which will take about an hour. You would then come to Kings College London Hospital Urology department clinic to have your penis measured (both erect and non-erect). You will then be randomised and asked to either wear a traction device with some brief counselling for four months OR receive brief counselling only, with the option of wearing the traction device after 4 months if you are still concerned about your size. You will receive £20 worth of shopping vouchers in acknowledgement of the time and effort taken to participate. The trial is to help us decide what treatment is the most effective for men who are very concerned about the size or shape of their penis. An assessment of the length of your penis would be carried out by a clinician when you first start the study, then again after 4 months and one year later. If you are interested in participating, or would like further information, please send an email to either [email protected] or [email protected] or call on 0203 228 3212 / 3577 for full details on the research. The co-investigators of the study are Consultant Urologist Mr Gordon Muir and Consultant Psychiatrist Dr David Veale. The company Andromedical are providing the traction devices. Andromedical have no interest in the conduct of the study and will have no access to individual patient data. They are not funding the study. This has study ref: 11/LO/0803 approved by the London - Queen Square REC Ethics Committee. You are under no obligation to participate, however if you choose to, participation in this research is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time.

CBD gummies have become increasingly popular as a natural remedy for a variety of health issues, including anxiety, pain, and insomnia. However, many people may not be aware of the potential benefits that spectrum CBD gummies can offer for erectile dysfunction (ED). In this article, we will explore the full spectrum of benefits that spectrum CBD gummies can provide for ED and how they may help improve sexual health and performance.

The Science Behind Spectrum CBD Gummies

Spectrum CBD gummies are made from full-spectrum CBD oil, which contains a wide range of cannabinoids, terpenes, and other beneficial compounds found in the cannabis plant. These compounds work together to create what is known as the “entourage effect,” where they enhance each other’s effects and provide a more potent overall benefit. This means that spectrum CBD gummies may offer more therapeutic benefits than gummies made with CBD isolate.

One of the key compounds found in spectrum CBD gummies is cannabidiol (CBD), which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anxiolytic properties. These properties may be beneficial for individuals with ED, as inflammation, pain, and anxiety can all contribute to erectile dysfunction. By reducing inflammation, relieving pain, and promoting relaxation, spectrum CBD gummies may help improve blood flow and sexual function.

Additionally, spectrum CBD gummies contain trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive compound in cannabis. While the THC content in spectrum CBD gummies is minimal and not enough to cause any psychoactive effects, it may still have therapeutic benefits. THC has been shown to have vasodilating properties, which means it can help relax blood vessels and improve blood flow, potentially leading to improved erectile function.

Benefits of Spectrum CBD Gummies for ED

1. Pain Relief: Spectrum CBD gummies may help alleviate pain associated with conditions that contribute to ED, such as arthritis, injuries, or nerve damage. By reducing pain and inflammation, spectrum CBD gummies can make sexual activity more comfortable and enjoyable.

2. Stress and Anxiety Reduction: Stress and anxiety are common causes of ED, as they can interfere with the brain’s ability to send signals to the penis to initiate an erection. Spectrum CBD gummies have been shown to have anxiolytic properties, meaning they can help promote relaxation and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

3. Improved Blood Flow: CBD and THC in spectrum CBD gummies have vasodilating properties, meaning they can help relax blood vessels and improve blood flow. This can lead to better circulation, including to the penis, which is essential for achieving and maintaining an erection.

How to Choose the Right Spectrum CBD Gummies

When choosing spectrum CBD gummies for ED, it is important to look for products that are made from organic, non-GMO hemp and are third-party tested for purity and potency. You should also consider the CBD and THC content of the gummies, as well as any additional ingredients, such as terpenes or other cannabinoids, that may enhance their effects. It is recommended to start with a low dose of spectrum CBD gummies and gradually increase as needed to find the right balance for your individual needs.

Overall, spectrum CBD gummies have the potential to offer a range of benefits for individuals with ED, including pain relief, stress reduction, and improved blood flow. By choosing high-quality spectrum CBD gummies and incorporating them into your daily routine, you may experience improvements in your sexual health and performance.

Conclusion

In conclusion, spectrum CBD gummies may hold promise as a natural remedy for individuals with erectile dysfunction. With their anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and vasodilating properties, spectrum CBD gummies have the potential to improve sexual health and performance by addressing underlying issues that contribute to ED. By choosing high-quality spectrum CBD gummies and incorporating them into your wellness routine, you may experience a range of benefits that could enhance your overall quality of life.

Remember to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medications that may interact with CBD. With the right product and proper guidance, spectrum CBD gummies may be a valuable addition to your efforts to improve erectile function and sexual satisfaction.

This STFM was prompted because I was asked recently about some professional athlete touting his intermittent fasting (IF) plan, that it boosted his testosterone (T). So I went and watched the Youtube video. Yep, it's a world champion athlete who said he was doing IF, that prior to starting it his T was in the 400s (a normal range is 300ish to 1000ish) but after doing IF for however many weeks/months his T went up to over 800. 💪 And here's the part that hurts viewers the most - he said the ONLY THING HE CHANGED WAS DOING INTERMITTENT FASTING. Bullshit man! Bulllllllllll shit. You have NO idea what has changed. All you can THINK of that you changed was the IF but there are so many life, supplement, nutrition and training variables you just have NO idea what all has changed. 💩💩 So then I decided to see what other IF zealots and ignorants were saying about IF and T. Wow. What can I say but WOW. 😱 I believe a few things about the misinformation spreaders: 1️⃣). They may be lazy, ignorant or both. They might just be parroting some alleged guru without doing their own homework. 2️⃣). They include a link to a piece of research because they KNOW it will fool you into thinking they are legit or you won't click or you won't understand it if you do. 3️⃣). Follow the money. It might not be obvious but it's often there. It might only be that they know the subject is hot and if they write about it, early, they might get more eyeballs on their page. 🤑 Real researchers almost NEVER say something is certain. They almost always use caution in their language NOT to read more into their ONE study than you should, that there's more research needed, that there could be flaws in their results etc etc. But bloggers? Misinformation spreaders? They state things as FACT, no equivocation - "Intermittent fasting boosts testosterone" and they often misquote research. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ Fun fact: Testosterone in men is naturally highest in the morning after waking up and lowest about 12 hours later. Is that because you fasted while sleeping? Probably not. Why do I say that? 📈 Because there are lots of studies which show that being fasted, even for 12 hours, can lower testosterone, and that refeeding after a fast boosts it. 📉 Check this study out. "Responsiveness of the reproductive axis to a single missed evening meal in young adult males" Testosterone and our reproductive system is SO sensitive to nutrients that even after one night of fasting (since 4pm the night before) young men had a drop in their morning testosterone. Also, contrary to the fools saying our T goes down when we eat, as we'd expect, when these young men ate at 11am their T went up, not down. http://bit.ly/2NtF8Sl 😴 I swear to God it's getting to the point where you can read most blog articles and just think "What's the opposite of what they said?" Whatever that is it'll probably be the truth. 🤥 Here's the link to the 1989 study I referenced in my video that many of the misinformers are quoting as PROOF that IF boosts T. http://bit.ly/2HjBSor Think you got it?
