So I don’t think you’re missing anything just because other people have a religious following on some of these ideas. If you were to simply - get 8 to 10 K steps per day - Have a 500 cal deficit - Eat near your body weight protein - Strength train 3 to 4 days a week You will have great fat loss without using any of the other tricks.
