Lizzo often chooses pilates as a gentle way to sweat, starting with crunches, side body crunches with a support ball, Leg lunges, squats and step ups, finishing off with some cat-cow stretches. Lizzo continues to back her inclusive shapewear brand Yitty. But faced backlash when she was accused of stealing her gender affirming binders from Urbody, a trans- and queer-women-owned company , even getting called out for it on X.
