Eat a little more food (yes even some bad things), get some more sleep, and take a break from the dieting obsessively for 3-7 days. Throw away the scale and just focus on how you feel. Deficiencies and System Malfunctions If you feel like you’ve truly done everything we just talked about and you’re still not losing any weight, it’s time to go get some blood work done.
