But, This is the reality of a lot of women I work with who feel stuck - like no matter what they do they can’t get the weight off and no matter how little they eat they seem to gain weight. Sometimes you can try: 1) Backing off on hit training/excessive cardio and opting for heavy lifting. 2) Eating more calories. 3) Eating more carbs or carb cycling.
