Super gesund, voller Omega-3-Fettsäuren und hochwertigem Eiweiß – aber auch sehr fettreich. In einer Diät kann es deshalb sinnvoller sein, öfter auf fettärmere Alternativen wie Hähnchen, Kabeljau oder mageres Rindfleisch zurückzugreifen. Auch Nüsse sind ein Klassiker: Sie liefern tolle Fettsäuren, aber eine kleine Handvoll bringt locker 200 Kalorien. In einer Diät ist das schnell zu viel – hier lohnt es sich, den Konsum bewusst zu steuern oder kalorienärmere Fettquellen zu wählen. Und dann wären da noch Proteinriegel. Klar, sie liefern Eiweiß – aber sie sind trotzdem verarbeitete Süßigkeiten mit ähnlichen Kalorien wie ein normaler Schokoriegel.
