This was many years ago now (literally 10 years ago) Luckily I was able to bring myself back from that - restore hormone balance, metabolism, GI health, eat intuitively and lose weight after both babies with very minimal restriction or tracking (plan to do the same with this baby). But, This is the reality of a lot of women I work with who feel stuck - like no matter what they do they can’t get the weight off and no matter how little they eat they seem to gain weight. Sometimes you can try: 1) Backing off on hit training/excessive cardio and opting for heavy lifting. 2) Eating more calories. 3) Eating more carbs or carb cycling.
