EATING GOOD FOODS CONSISTENTLY is important for building muscle after 50. It is okay to have cheat meals, it is okay to make mistakes, just get back on the wagon and start up again. Another huge key for how to build muscle after 50 is YOU NEED TO LIFT WEIGHTS! Resistance training is necessary, and when it comes to injuries, you can’t give up. Listen to your body and make adjustments to your workout routine to help your body rest and recover. Something you really need to stay away from is drinking too much alcohol.
