For breakfast, I would straight up just microwave some egg whites to get that muscle protein synthesis started. I microwaved the eggs as it was easy and so I could limit my fat intake as I didn't use any oil. Lunch I made a simple tomato egg stir fry dish. This was my biggest meal so I could get through the day and my workout feeling satisified. For my post workout meal, I made another asian stir-fry with some bokchoy, chicken thigh, and rice. At the end of the day I always liked to eat something small and packed with protein so I would avoid going to bed hungry.
